By accessing daintydelightsfavours.co.uk website you agree to the following terms and conditions.  We reserve the right to change terms and conditions without prior notice.

Prices

The prices quoted are the current prices, we reserve the right to change these, without notice, in case of any errors or suppliers price increases.

Payment terms

Full payment is required before despatch of any goods. Payment can be made via Paypal (on line orders) or by cheque for orders received in the post. Please note full bank clearance of cheques is required before delivery of any items ordered.

Orders

Wedding Favours and Christening Favours

There is a minimum order of 10 favours for each design displayed on the website.

No mixing of designs to make your order total the minimum order requirement.

Children’s Party Cups

There is a minimum order of 10 party cups, you can mix your order eg:6 girls cups and 4 boys cups. But your order must be a minimum of 10 party cups.

Delivery

daintydelightsfavours.co.uk only deliver to mainland UK.

Weddings and Christening Favours

Your order will be despatched within 21 days of receipt (subject to availability), we would contact you should there be any availability difficulties to discuss delivery times or alternative products.

Children's Party Cups

Your order will be despatched within 14 days of receipt (subject to availability), we would contact you should there be any availability difficulties to discuss delivery times or alternative products.

Full payment is required before any despatch of any orders.

It is your responsibility to notify us of the correct delivery address, an order

acknowledgment will be sent to you via Email confirming your order and postal address.

Delivery costs

Orders up to £50          Cost £2.95

Orders £50 -£100        Cost £4.95

Orders £101 - £200     Cost £6.95

Orders £201 - £250     Cost £7.95

Orders £251 & over       Free

On receipt of your order, if you are not satisfied you are entitled to within 7 days of receipt to return any unopened goods. It is your responsibility to pay returns postage. On receipt of returned goods a refund will be provided only if goods are unopened and not damaged in any way.

If the weather is too hot we will not supply chocolate items as contents to favours or party cups, alternative fillings would be provided – we would discuss this with you prior to despatch of your order.
